Questions
Six things, and the honest answer.
-
What is Pulse?
A three-dimensional world where you build yourself an avatar — face, body, hair, clothes — and step into shared rooms: a club, a square, a loft, a beach. You walk, run, sit down, chat, dance.
-
When can I play?
There is no date, and nobody will make one up. There is, however, the list of what is done and what is not: it lives in Where we are, and the project itself writes it, not me.
-
What changed recently?
The Roadmap says it day by day: what is done, what is still to do, what is broken, and the ideas — written by the game while it is being worked on. The most recent are at the top.
-
Who makes it?
One person, with agents that each work a trade: one does bodies, one light, one rooms, one the network. It used to be in Godot; now it is being ported to Unreal Engine 5.8, piece by piece.
-
What computer do I need?
Nobody knows yet: it has never been measured on any machine other than the development one, which has 7.4 GB of memory and an integrated graphics card. When there is a number, it will be in Download.
-
Is there a Discord?
Yes, since 5 September 2026: https://discord.gg/AtWZnx7UaH. The invite never expires. Inside there are fourteen channels: the five rules, where to report what is broken, poses to download, and the things still being built. There is also an adult section, behind an age check. The server is in English.
